Global Remote Technologies is going full Blockchain
Since then they have announced some a few new senior advisors from the technology industry; Lonny McLean (Microsoft and founder of Layer 7) and Michael Shader (data centre and cyrpto mining). With those new advisors on board the writing was on the wall, this one is going BLOCKCHAIN!
The stock didn’t really take off because you had to do a lot of digging through the News Releases to figure out their endgame of Crypto mining.
Then the stock was halted about a week ago…… and it was announced earlier this week, new name and symbol “Cryptobloc Technologies” and the new symbol will be (CSE: CRYP) and they are raising $5M in a Private Placement to get their new mining operations up and going.
They just launched a new fancy website which highlights their plans to become a full service blockchain and cryptocurrency company which manages, operates and develops end-to-end digital solutions to monetise the blockchain ecosystem.
Here is how they want to position themselves
Their aim is to build bridges from the blockchain sector to traditional markets and partner with the world’s leading cryptocurrency mining hashrate providers to build the next generation of blockchain infrastructure.
They are in the midst of building out their cryptocurrency facility in Canada to mine cryptocurrency like Ethereum, Bitcoin and other ALT coins around the clock.
Their revenue sources:
CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING – Cryptocurrency mining is the result of deploying the latest computing technology and sourcing the low cost power.
MaaS (MINING as a SERVICE) – Cryptobloc is going to own hundreds of servers for bitcoin mining and will have access to a facility that can accommodate self contained mobile server units.
BLOCKCHAIN SOFTWARE – Developing software platform built on blockchain framework, ideally suited for supply chain management, IoT, and retail payment processing and reward programs.
BITCOIN EXCHANGE / WALLET – Launch a non-custodial wallet and exchange in 2018 Q2 which will generate revenue by way of transaction fees charged for remittance services.
FORENSICS AND DATA ANALYTICS – Work with law enforcement, as well as accounting and legal firms, to provide forensic services as they relate to the bitcoin, ethereum, and other cryptocurrencies.
Hopefully you were one of the earlier readers at Equity Grades and read our article on the company and picked up a few shares, but either way we all are sitting and waiting for some paperwork to be completed and we are assuming closing of the Private Placement before it goes free trading again.
